The Paintball Sport available in UPM is that of the Speedball type.

UPM provides Paintball, a fun activity as a form of recreational attraction through its Forestry Faculty. Paintball is of the speedball type, which  is played in a designated field. There can be 4, 6, or 10 players participating in the game which is supervised by trained staff  and students of the Forestry Faculty. The venue is at Compartment 15 of the Ayer Hitam Forest Reserve about 23 kilometres from UPM, Serdang and 45 kilometres from Kuala Lumpur.  Thus, this place is not only a place for education, research and development but also a place where friendly, colourful, fun battles are fought, organized by the Forestry Faculty. The operating hours are from 9am to 4pm for UPM students and staff only. Participants have only to pay for the pallet cost . Those who wish to enjoy this sport should apply to the Dean, Forestry Faculty.
